Obituary of Garnet Nile Rogers

Peacefully, at the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital with his loving family at his side on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at age 73. Dear and loving husband of Marion (nee Burt) for 36 years. Cherished father of Noel, Michelle (Stephen Grawberger), Langill (Andrew Crausen) and Matthew (Joelle). Predeceased by his beloved son Mark. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Brooke, Chantelle, Devan, Rachel, Lukas and Liam. Dear brother of Carl (Anna-Mae), late Wayne (late Dianne), Jean Kemp (late Art) and John (Linda). Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews and their families, his extended family and friends. The family wishes to thank all of the Doctors, Nurses and staff at the L&A Hospital ICU for their compassionate care provided to Garnet.

The family will receive friends at the Payne Funeral Home, 178 Main Street, Odessa, Ontario K0H 2H0 (613-386-7373) on Friday, November 12, 2021 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. Covid protocols will be in effect, including masks and physical distancing. For those desiring, memorial donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
